Our Support Coordinators have extensive experience with over 10 years of knowledge in the disability and health sector. We have helped support and connect many clients and families to services using our extensive local knowledge and network of providers.
Our aim is to increase your confidence and understanding of the NDIS. Our focus isn't just on translating your plan, it's about transforming your life.

What is Support Coordination?
The NDIS may provide you with Support Coordination funding.
Support Coordinators work with you to help get the most out of your funding and connect you to your choice of services.
Our Support Coordinators can help you:

◉ Connect you to our wide network of local service providers.
◉ Assist with any concerns you might have with your current provider.
◉ Make the most out of your funding.
◉ Understand how to track your funding balances.
◉ Pre-planning to prepare you for your next NDIS meeting.

Chat to our friendly team. Requests for services can be made via telephone, email or social media.
2. Meet and Greet
To work through your NDIS plan (face-to-face, phone call, email, zoom call or community setting).
3. Service Agreement
If you're happy to go ahead with our services, we will complete a service agreement and develop a plan of action to get the ball rolling.
4. Ready to Go
Everything you need to know about our services will be provided to you in a welcome pack.
